Let’s start honing, take 120 grit diamond pad put surf water on the countertop, and start grit by moving the machine from left to right. The diamond grit will move in a clockwise direction to smoothen the surface. Now use hard honing diamond chip 200 grit, and move it on to cleaning marble. Repeat the same procedure with 120 grit.

Now, after the honing process, we have to do the polishing process. For marble, polishing use marble polishing powder 5x polishing. Using the same diamond pad, put polishing powder on the countertop and put a little water. After putting water, start gritting the surface in a clockwise direction from left to right. Scrub it for 3-4 minutes for a perfect shine.

How to Maintain a Marble

After honing and polishing, take good care of marble. If you are using any marble cleaner, then you must use it with 0 pµ. 

If you use any bleaching agent on the surface, it will damage its polished and make it dull. Moreover, 1st it damages your seal, after when you finish cleaning. It will give you a dull look. So be careful in choosing a cleaning liquid.
